After my husband was hit by a woman running a stop sign the last thing we wanted to deal with was repairs, insurance and the paperwork headache to say AV went above and beyond would be a lie. Jim couldn’t have been more helpful, communicative and knowledgeable. The only benefit of a crappy situation is that our family found our new local repair man, thankfully just down the street. Will recommend to everyone we know!
