I don't write these types of reviews unless I mean it. AV Painting just painted mine and my neighbors' connecting townhouses. I can't describe what a great job the crew did. These are not easy townhouses to paint; both of them are narrow and very tall. The crew took the time to caulk every opening up and down each house. We appreciated working with AV Painting. We solicited estimates from three exterior painting companies. AV provided sufficient detail to allow us to understand the quality of the paint, the number of workers, the work steps, and the job duration. We asked for a five-month schedule delay. I highly recommend AV Painting! The initial walk through for the quote was very detailed. They covered every aspect of the job requirements and asked questions. Every step was explained, discounts offered, generous warranty, quick scheduling and start of work. Wilmer was our painter and he and his crew were so nice and professional. They were fast, thorough and respectful of the property. I be referring them and will use them again for all of my painting needs.
