Don’t believe the positive reviews. Owner will lie about what’s wrong with your car and scam you. When you ask question he will gaslight you and give you the run around. He will sell you broken and used parts he had lying around and claim no warranty. Pretty much ruined my car. I’ve also heard him using the N word on multiple occasions. Andrew the owner might be Literally the worst mechanic in SWFL.

Took my 2012 BMW X5 diesel to AV Motorsports for four issues; 1) a performance tune, 2) a fluid leak, 3) a new set of tires and alignment and, 4) to resolve a check engine light. They managed all four issues in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price as compared to other automotive shops I’ve taken this car to in the past. The car runs better now than it has ever run. I’m very pleased with their work and customer service. I intend to continue using Andy and the team at AV Motorsports for my future auto repair needs.

I've got an estimate from three other garages one of them being a dealership. Each one had a completely different diagnosis for what was wrong with my AC. The dealership wanted over $2,000 to replace my evaporator core and my expansion valve. I'm glad I decided to reach out to an old friend. A new AC compressor and I'm back in business. I think I might have found one of the rarest things you can find an honest mechanic. Thank you AV Motorsports
