Alex is the Best trainer in our area! He sits down with you and gets a plan together, that will push you , he also does some nutrition avenues to help as well. Very personable , and cares about you and your health. He is very knowledgeable about women health. And he is also NASM certified.
Alex is genuinely one of the best trainers around! Not only does he push you and encourage you to be your best but he always makes sure you have a fun time while working out! With his growing knowledge especially in women’s health, he really strives to be the best he can be not only for his clients but himself! He is so SLAY!!!
