I thought I had a simple outdoor speaker replacement, but it turned out to be more. It was handled immediately and expertly.
My home was hit by lightning, which resulted in a few tv’s and apple boxes getting ruined. Called AV at 9:15 and they were at my home by 12. Same day service! That doesn’t happen anymore. They worked hard to get everything up and running again for me. I appreciate their great service .
The initial guy, andy, gave me a breakdown of parts and labor, after coming to take and look at what I needed. He was informative and honest. The install guys showed up on time and were nice and polite, answered my questions, and even saved me some money bc a piece of equipment was not needed. They still have to repair some light switches and and their security dept still has some stuff to finish with the alarm system, expected, but as long as that gets done timely and correct, I recommend their services.
We couldn’t be happier with the home theater installation TODAY by AVDCI. Their technician Chris did a great job and took the time to carefully calibrate the system to meet our needs. We appreciated his attention to detail and his patience to explain the Sonos app.
