I came in for Wisdom tooth extraction and they explained how exactly they would be preforming the extraction, openly encouraged questions, and answered all questions nicely and explained everything well. Even after the extraction they will gladly answer any questions and even check your healing site to make sure everything is going well. Saw Dr Lowe & staff for a consultation yesterday. Staff was very friendly & professional & Dr Lowe patiently answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable knowing that I would be under competent care. I’ve scheduled my oral surgery!
These wonderful people were amazing. I was able to come in on an emergency situation and they treated me with such respect and kindness. I was in so much pain all weekend and they fixed me right up. They listen to me intently and talk to me about all my options. I walked away with no pain and no swelling. I felt like a new woman and the next morning there was still no pain and no swelling just slight discomfort from the stitches.
