The staff are very rude. It takes forever for SOMEONE to pick up the phone and when they finally pick up they make you feel like it’s your fault. Trying to get a hold of the doctor is a whole level of headache. They call you once, and if you are unable to pick it up right then and there you have to call back again and again and then they try to bill you for a no show to an appointment.
This office is horrible!!!! They never answer the phone and then it takes them forever to call you back!! Twice I’ve been in there they don’t even acknowledge you when you’re standing at the window. Take your business elsewhere
