Robert and his team did outstanding work, replacing our old broken down microwave and range hood. They went way out of their way to accommodate us when no other contractor would. This was not an easy job because we were not redoing our entire kitchen. Apparently, most contractors only want to remodel entire kitchens. Last night my wife tried to make baked ziti, and the oven didn’t come on. I called the next morning a little after AV Appliance opened, and spoke to a gentleman on the phone. Told me they would try their best to respond the same day, he just needed to speak to the technician. A few seconds later I get a call from Victor (the technician) saying he will be at my house from 1-3pm. He was here early, diagnosed the problem and with in minutes he was repairing our oven. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! AV made a repair appointment with us and they never showed up or called to cancel. I took a half day off to meet their 5 hour window and wasted my day.
