I am a veteran and tried to schedule through Community Care with Auxiilium. I never received a call back after months of both I an the VA Community Care trying make contact with someone.
Erin, Ryan and the staff are wonderful. I see Erin and she has literally saved my life. He compassion and understanding as well as her challenges to me have made me a much better person.
The office communication is ridiculously slow. Even after their recent expansion. You’re lucky if they even answer the phone. I’ve had to call and leave multiple messages to even get a simple call back. It took almost 3 weeks for them to tell me they can’t accept my new insurance. Which my former therapist told me wouldn’t be accepted, however the office lead to believe there was a possibility. I could have been looking for another provider in this time.
