Staff are disrespectful, definitely not what you’d expect in your time of mourning. Management is disorganized and does not respond timely. They (Peter Morgan) even told us to ‘collect’ my Grandmother’s body if we think we can do a better job at repatriating her remains back home. This funeral home should not even be a last resort.
If I could give it a 0 star i would fast enough!! worst funeral home ever!!!!The ladies there were so rude as to the Dominican lady to a Cuban lady they were super rude the older man and the older woman also treated the casket with no respect, they threatened family to send us to court because we wanted to know as to why they had let the body get so mistreated, stated they let the body out of the cooler for 2 weeks because there was no space . very unethical .
