We had our stage 5 dementia LO there for just three months. In that time we had dozens of health and safety Violations. When we brought it to the attention of the Leadership team, They wrote it off and told us they’ve “always done things that way.” So we went to the doctor and Pharmacy, and they were both appalled and even had to write letters to the director, informing them of their need to get things right. Too many security issues, letting in strangers and putting a dear friend at risk. Lack of staff accountability for inappropriate behavior. Administration at the facility is crazy and they lie and lie and lie. If you have loved ones in need of care, please take them anywhere else.
The staff is very welcoming, caring, comforting, and supportive.
Very clean with friendly staff.
