Our family has been incredibly grateful for the compassionate care our dad received at this memory care. From the very beginning, the staff has treated everyone with kindness, patience, and respect. They truly understand the unique needs of residents living with memory loss and go above and beyond to make them feel safe, comfortable, and valued. The community is clean and welcoming. Would not recommend. The director made many empty promises and returned phone calls weeks late. They were unable to provide a weekly or daily menu and the seating was very poor. A few of the care staff seemed excellent, but must were very young and inexperienced (which will not work at a facility like this!). The tv was on all day for whomever was plopped in front of it, but it just played awful musicals that my dad had no interest in. There was no programming or activities, and it was a very sad place. The staff is very attentive to their residents. We enjoy visiting with our friend and volunteering with the activities. Our friend loves the food, it looks good and smells great. I would recommend anyone looking to place a family/friend to check them out for memory care.
