I have completed 5 projects with Autumn Woods over the last 8 years (including 2 kitchens, a bathroom vanity, and 2 back hallways) and have always had good experiences. Quality product, easy to work with, on-time (yes, even during COVID!) and never any long-term issues. Maybe a little pricier than some other options, but worth it to not have all the hassles. I wish I could say the same for every cabinet company I’ve worked with!

BEST CABINET MANUFACTURER IN THE U.S. They care!! Value engineered and Improvements suggested and embraced. Every detail from initial contact to delivery, thru installation... flawless!!!! I HIGHLY recommend.them and will be using them many more for my own home and clients!! Norris Architects, St. Charles, IL.

Autumn Woods designed and installed our kitchen cabinets and we have been pleased with the cabinets, however their customer service is not good. A recent call to inquire about replacing a drawer resulted in a very unprofessional interaction with an office staff person. No personality and no interest in assisting. Based on that and the amount of money you pay for cabinets I would not be able to recommend them at this time. I would look elsewhere.

My company provided technical service to this company almost a year ago and to this day, they have not paid for the work. I have made numerous attempts to contact Gary and Cory Dedick, the father and son owners and I can't get a reply. Do NOT do business with them without getting paid up front!
