As a consultant who visits the facility regularly, I can confidently say it stands out as truly top-tier.
Mom and I have received kindness and compassion at this Memory Center. Life is hard and we have had some hard days since December. Mom was able to recover, rest, and strengthen while she was a resident. She has successfully come home after she learned skills to make caring for her easier. There are so many options in life. Choose what is best for your loved ones as they age as you have made choices for your beloved children.
I would just like to say how honored I am to be apart of this facility. Today we had our annual Thanksgiving feast with our Residents and their families. The food was delicious and the Residents enjoyed having dinner with their families. Our team from Administration, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Nursing, Therapy, Activities, and Dietary worked together to make this day special. Fun was had by all! Go Team Memory!!!!!!
Your loved ones sit in urine soaked beds, chairs for hours and overnight. Upper management knows they do nothing. They try to intimidate you so you do not tell the truth. The administrator tells employees they should not talk to ex employees because they are still employed there and they need to protect the facility.
