I love Dr. Whitelock Morales. I've been seeing her for probably five years. Recently, I've had issues with the receptionist. If you're lucky to have her front desk answer your call, they will leave you on hold indefinitely. If you call back the same thing may happen, so you have to keep calling, and keep being put on hold for a definite amount of time, when I finally was able to talk to someone just for my refills, I was told that they would put them in at my pharmacy. She’s a good Dr she listens to you. But if you ever need to be released or cleared and need a letter expect to wait and have a hard time getting it from her. Also it takes like 2 months to get an appointment even tho you’re an established patient. And God forbid you need your vitals or anything checked you’re screwed because they won’t call you back. I highly recommend NP pat!
