This place is all fine and dandy if you're in the rehab part, once it's established that you have to be in the resident part it's a different story. I suggest if you place your loved one or are considering this go anonymously and tour the facilities yourself don't just look at activities look at patient care and people yelling to be taken care of. With the residents permission I, Layla Avent Concierge at Autumnview Healthcare Facility submitted this review on her behalf . Resident Diane Hatten stated on 12-15-2025 that “Food was cold not tasty at all 1 star for that , rehab all right 3 stars for that, and staff was very friendly and nice 5 stars for that” .
Absolutely wonderful staff. The women at the reception desk r all so friendly, helpful, and caring. The aides r too. The nurses on Unit B deserve high praise for their sincere concern for their patients, and compassion. The activities every day r always excellent, especially the music. Its apparent the Activities Director puts much work into planning enjoyable activities for the residents every day. The facility is clean and attractive, with newly painted walls and artwork. The physical therapist Olivia was very caring and took the time to make sure I was ready to go home very professional the facility should make sure she’s very rewarded the occupational therapist wasn’t helpful she would be off chatting with fellow vo workers then making sure I was getting strengthen to move forward was disappointing
worse place ever my grandfather was there but ended up with bed sores because they refuse to change him i will never sen him here again
