RecommendedI have taken both my cats, Stanley and Steven here and they have received amazing care! I also appreciate how quickly I am able to get an appointment when it’s urgent and how easy it is even with the new way of doing things (pandemic related). We LOVE ATVC! They are LGBTQ friendly, and they treat our pups like royalty. Our dogs both love going to see the vet. The staff is so kind and thoughtful. I always feel that they are providing good advice and recommendations without feeling like I'm being pushed into more than is needed. They are also respectful of budget and do their best to help develop a treatment plan that will work well for your family. The vets treated my corgi puppy, Greyjoy, for an allergic reaction to her puppy shots that occurred after our family vet had closed. Nice facility, lovely people, and my baby got the help she needed.
My dogs were due for their flea & tick meds so I called. I paid over the phone and when I drove up someone must have been waiting at the door because she was at my passenger side window in a flash. Very safe and efficient!
Thank you Autumm Trails vets for being open and taking care of our babies during all this! We had to take Spot in for his checkup and they made it easy and safe for everybody. They had us humans wait in the car, and they were PPE to take him and bring him out. Dr. Cardoza called my phone to let me know how the exam went, and the front deal staff called to have us pay with no contact. Thank you for all that you do!
Top notch people taking care of pets
The Staff and Dr. Courtney Jagger are the most caring and supportive when you are in need of care for your fur babies. It was time for our 15 year old Cocker Spaniel, Casey to say goodbye to his people. It was such a hard decision to make and the minute we walked in I knew we were in good hands. The compassions and care was phenomenal. I recommend Autumn Care for all the care you need for your pets.
