This should be a - 0 stars. I took my dog for emergency on Saturday, Dr. Yvette Burke saw her and sent my dog home with pain killers. The bill was $1038. A few hours after getting home I realized my dog was dying. I took her to Greenbrier Emergency were she was immediately put in ICU and diagnose with acccute necrotizing pancreatitis. My dog died the Tuesday morning. Two days later. DON'T TAKE YOUR PET TO AUTUMN TRAILS EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET. WHAT A MISDIAGNOSE. I LOST MY 6 YEAR OLD BABY (DOG)😭😭😱
RecommendedWe were in a pickle during the COVID pandemic with our 3 yr Great Dane who needs surgery ASAP. Autumn Trails welcomed us with open arms and have gone above and beyond to help us get what we need. I'm just truly amazed by their care for our puppy and customer service. 100 out of 10 reccomend
I would agree that it is decent practice. However, a tech outright lied to me. She told me that they didn’t pluck ear hair because they are not licensed for grooming. There is NO licensing of groomers in the state of Virginia.
After two visits with my daughters guinea pig that was pretty bad off and passed away, they called my wife to get my daughters name and sent my daughter some flowers with a little teddy bear. Truly going above and beyond. Thank you Autumn Trails!!!
Had a 5:00 appointment. I called when I arrived. Was told someone would be out. At 5:30 no one had come out. I called again & asked when would someone be out. I was told “not sure but should be soon”. At 5:45 I left. Very disappointed !!

One day I had a cat emergency and they were able to take him and watch him for me while I had class. They were so kind and treated my cat so well that I had to keep going back. I don’t live in Charlottesville anymore but I make the trip back just for my cat’s check ups because I love this place so much.

The veterinarians and staff truly care about your fur babies. They are caring professionals and I would recommend them to anyone. They go a step beyond by not only caring for your pets, but the family as well.
