2026 review - This place is a complete disaster under its current leadership. I personally watched the person in charge scream at and demean both staff and residents in a way that was ugly, cruel, and totally unacceptable for anyone responsible for vulnerable people. The atmosphere was toxic, hostile, and poorly managed. No one should trust their family member here while this continues. It is an absolute failure of leadership and basic human decency. I JUST found out through Erin an RN there, that this facility is NOT licensed by the State NOR a SKILLED Nursing facility.. Take that information into account if you’re considering moving there…
