I'm currently working with them and it has been a total pleasure. They are going above & beyond. The staff are VERY NICE! The building is beautiful, peaceful and spot on clean! There is zero unpleasant odors. They have so many things there and choices to make sure someone has absolutely everything they need! We were very pleased with our experience at autumn trace. In Madison, it was clean and well managed. The staff was professional. We would certainly recommend this to others.
Autumn Trace is a fairly new well maintained clean facility with a great staff. Christa and Tash made us feel like more than guest. We became friends.. We highly recommend autumn trace to our friends when a little extra help is needed.
I totally disagree with the review by Joe. I have never seen what he described. My husband has been there a year. The most recent leadership has made great improvements over the past months. The atmosphere is not toxic but caring and upbeat.
2026 review - This place is a complete disaster under its current leadership. I personally watched the person in charge scream at and demean both staff and residents in a way that was ugly, cruel, and totally unacceptable for anyone responsible for vulnerable people. The atmosphere was toxic, hostile, and poorly managed. No one should trust their family member here while this continues. It is an absolute failure of leadership and basic human decency.
