I toured Autumn Trace on Friday for my son who is looking to move. I had a great experience. Serece showed me 2 apartments even though I showed up at almost closing time. She didn't show that she was irritated due to the time. I just thought the office closed at 6. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the community. Not only did she show me excellent customer service she even offered me flowers from an event they she had earlier that day. I was provided the best customer service by the office staff Serece and Lyn at Autumn Trace. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home. Thank you for everything...you guys are the best ever.
I have just renewed my lease for another year due to the nice office staff. Serece and Lyn are always very helpful when I need them. Maintenance always comes right out when I need them. My stay here has been pleasant.
Very lovely but it's got a mold problem. Which is unfortunate considering it's rather nice.
