The sole reason that this review is getting 2 stars instead of just one is because Serece and Lyn were very nice and seemed like they were trying to work with us, but they seem to have their "hands tied" by attaching themselves to a company (Petscreening.com) that doesn't follow the FHA and ADA when it comes to Service and Support animals. We had been trying to get moved in for 3 weeks, and all we were waiting on was our petscreening to come back completed, but Petscreening.com continued to deny my ESA paperwork by demanding... read more
I've been living here for 7 years at Autumn Trace and it has been wonderful. The office staff and maintenance team has been great. Living here is very quiet and peaceful . Serece is a pleasure to work with and Lyn is always so sweet! I will be here for years and years.
Serece was very nice, friendly and professional she was on top of everything and made the process seem easy and I really appreciate her for that. The whole team that worked day and night on the house u can’t thank enough as well had a great experience overall. Love my new home
My roommate and I love our house and we are very pleased with all the hard work and dedication that went to the house. Very professional and friendly staff that made our experience a memorable one and we thank you all. Serece went above and beyond and we can’t thank her enough.
Serece gave me the best tour I think I’ve ever been on. She’s so warm and inviting while also being my professional which really set a great tone for how the experience would be living there. If you’re looking to rent on short notice and are used to property management being rude, you will not have that issue if you tour with Serece. She’s the best.
