These apartments need to be upgraded. My grandma has been living there long before I was born and her place has some serious issues that need to be fixed. The area is quiet, just every now and then someone will drive by with loud music. It's less than 5 minutes from the grocery store and places to eat, gym, gas station, and about a 10 minute drive from downtown.

I had a great experience visiting Autumn Trace. The team was welcoming, professional, and created such a positive atmosphere from the moment I arrived. You can tell they truly care about their residents and take pride in their community. A special congratulations to the Property Manager on earning Property Manager of the Year — a well-deserved recognition that reflects the leadership and excellence of this team. Keep up the amazing work!

Clara Science Academy in Greensboro Nc is listed as being located at 3106 autumn trace drive. My children attend this crooked school and I cannot confirm that this school is actually located on Bessemer avenue inside Genesis Baptist Church
