Please do not use them!!! I have gone to Autumn Stitch for years from prom dresses to homecoming dresses. I had no idea that they sold the business and Autumn and her family are no longer running this establishment. I decided to get my wedding dress done here and it was a DISASTER from the beginning. 0/100 - DO NOT RECOMMEND! My wedding dress was due to be picked up today, as scheduled, as promised on receipt. I arrived today, only to find they HAD NOT BEGAN ANY ALTERATIONS…. They suggested I come back at the end of the day, insinuating they were going to rush and have it done by end of day. NO THANKS, a wedding dress is not something an item anyone desires to have “rushed”. Upon looking over my dress, I found there was a stain that WAS NOT THERE BEFORE. Hemmed 4 pairs of yoga pants. Work was decent, prices were outrageous. $90 total. What? That's more than I paid for the pants.

Not sure why there’s such bad reviews. Been going here for over 5 years and it’s always been great and fast. Would recommend to friends and family.
