Autumn Stitch helped me with my wedding dress in 2014 and I loved working with them. Fast forward to 2026c Autumn retired and it’s never been the same. They lost my husband’s hat that he dropped off to have the latch fixed. At pick up they said that had no record of the hat (he didn’t keep the claim check so we had no recourse). He recently dropped off four pairs of new slacks to have hemmed (to my dismay) and at pick up they said the slacks had already been picked up.
