Do NOT live here. Maintenance is unbelievably slow—my heat took over 2.5 months to fix in the middle of winter, and my windows had no screens for almost 6–7 months despite constant requests. When they finally installed them, they didn’t even fit all the way—I can literally slide my fingers through the gaps. The manager even argued with me over a pool fee when the pool never opened all summer, despite promising it would be ready by Memorial Day. We don’t even have a usable pool. I’ve left at least 5 voicemails since I moved in about ROACHES! I’ve only lived here for 3.5 weeks and they’ve already sprayed twice and it seems to be doing nothing. I waited an entire month to move in. This problem should have been fixed before I was given keys. I have never in my life dealt with an infestation and this was my first experience seeing roaches live in person. I have two small children that I moved into a roach infested apartment. Good riddance to this place. From the day we moved in to the day we moved out, this place gave us nothing but grief. We had constant problems with utilities, maintenance, and getting a hold of management when there were issues—which were beyond abundant. For starters, it was a month before we had a working washer and dryer because Autumn Springs repeatedly neglected to hook up our machines properly.
