Had our pool built a few years ago too. Worst company ever. Look up Intelpools Pty Ltd under NSW case law. This is how bad they are, and is proof of my statement, unlike all the fake positive reviews suddenly appearing.
Autumn Pools built my families pool a couple of years back now, and it still looks just as great as the day it was installed. No issues with communication even with the amount of rain that we had at the time. Attention to detail was next level. We couldnt be anymore happier and recommend to all our friends
This is the worst business of any kind I have dealt with in my over 60 years of life. Loosing our home to the Blacksummer bushfires, and what we went through after that was nothing compared to how the pool build went. I have tried to have a review posted here, but it keeps getting blocked, with Autumn Pools reporting it to Google. So I have removed significant important details that provide proof. Highly recommend Jordan and the team at Autumn Pools in Ulladulla. They installed my fibreglass pool recently and it looks amazing. I have very happy kids. From start to finish, there was great communication from Tess.
