After leaving the AAA on Eggert Rd I decided the drive the the front of the plaza, near where Dunn Tire used to be so I could pull out onto Sheridan Drive. There was a 3 man paving crew working by the old Dunn Tire. Certain parts of the parking lot were blocked off, including the exit onto Sheridan. They did a paving job for me last November and there is vegetation already growing through the pavement!! extremely disappointed in the job they have done now. And the service after it was done!!
8am on a Saturday, on a holiday weekend, blasting bro country music by one of your employees, in the city where houses are close together and windows are wide open, who proceeds to respond to my initially nice request by saying "you think I wanna be waking up at 5am for this crap job?" Tell your employees not to blame their life choices in their customers and maybe give them a little customer service training. Also,he really hates his job so maybe you wanna replace him.
