The person who is managing the building, is very corrupt! She comes off as sweet and nice. But, she is far from it. What she is doing to these people, is beyond heartbreaking. Please, don’t move here. You have no idea what you’re being exposed to. And, if you live there, beware the staff. They are not who they pretend to be. Did I say corrupt?!
I lived here from 2004-2010 then moved in with my boyfriend until he died in 2013 í then moved back to Autumn Park in 2013. There is no.place I would rather live.
The manager here is a very sweet lady. She will treat you right. Also, this place is owned by Midstates. They are very good people and they don't discriminate against people that have a rough past. You will be treated like family.
