Not understanding at all, not helpful and very rude.
Kind people and good atmosphere. They help kids and adults! My mom has FTD and just started working with their team and she felt very good about it. I feel like I learned a lot about her condition and how to be a supportive caretaker.
I've never seen a more cordial and competent professional office. The entire team (staring with Dr. Saltarrelli) have been skillful and patient both in diagnosis and treatment. They repeatedly earned my trust, especially after they found and reimbursed me for a substantial overpayment. Basically, they seem to treat others the way they would want to be treated. I can think of no higher praise.
