Is it true this place is closing Down
Moved my mother-in-law in a little over 2 weeks ago. Got a phone call that this place was closing and we had 30 days. It's a shame because in the short time she was there, she came out of her shell. 5 stars for staff, 1 for owners not telling staff of what might happen.
We thought this was a nice place for Mom to live, but we soon found out there were many problems. SHE DIED 7 DAYS AFTER MOVING IN !!! they are so understaffed that no one took care of her. If you care about your loved one then do not let them live here. It will be a huge mistake!!
We moved mom in 11 months ago, the transition from home to The Canyons was seamless. Sherri was an absolute gem to work with, she was so patient with the family as we had a ton of questions. She took the time to answer all of our questions, and made us feel part of The Canyons Family. Mom has thrived and is living her best life! Thank you for all that you do for mom and the other residents.
The staff at the Canyons are the best in the world making there residents fell like they are a part of there family.
