I had a tour with Bernee who was extremely helpful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I especially like the design of the building and how residents can walk in a complete circle end to end and not get lost in long hallways. I will definitely consider this community for my mom when the time comes.

Such a great place. All memory care and so kind and caring staff.
My wife has been to several facilities for rehab reasons, and Autumn Leaves is by far the best facility she has been to, especially for her memory care. The staff understands what it takes to deal with the ups and downs of dementia care, which can be challenging at times. Staff is amazing from the moment you walk in the door (Bernie & Bethany) to the aides and nurses (Joy & Omar). Pts love the food and the care on a daily bases.
