We met with Cindy and she was so kind & caring as she explained everything about Forest Creek. When we moved my father in Brian was so helpful getting everything set up & was so kind to help get his bird feeder set up outside of his window. Linda the Nurse was so kind & gentle when she came out to do the assessment & on the day he moved in she was so kind! The staff had gone above and beyond welcoming my dad & helping him settle into the community.
Zero stars is far more appropriate. I was truly disappointed in the overnight staff. I pulled the emergency cord in the bathroom and waited almost one hour and a half with no response. I tried to call the number that was given to me but it kept going to voice mail. I was told in the morning they were doing rounds but no one came near the room I was in.
Poorly management terrible Don Linda is one the worst Don I work
My parents moved in 18 mos.ago and I have been very pleased with the care they have received. I visited several time unannounced before we made the decision to make the move. If there is problem it is taken care of right away. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I visit 3 or4 times a week and always found the facility very clean, not like other places I had visited. I truly without a doubt can (and have done) recommende Autumn Leaves .
