Horrible; in middle summer refused to replace old a/c unit we had to buy window unit as they used a roller one that made hotter than no unit at all. Owners refused to correct, State TX sided with them allowing 2 months of delays so finally had to move mom out. Horrendous and nonstop on site mgmt and staff turn over.
Being employed by this company was a game changer! I've never met staff or management so welcoming and attentive. The residents were always busy, calm, happy, and well taken care of. The executive director is the best hands down always made sure the place was ran smooth and cared about the residents on a different level. Our nurse Amy is the GOAT.. BIG THANKS AND SHOUTOUTS to Ms. Amy for always being available!! no matter the time date or situation she is our #1 go to person :) :) :)
I have the opportunity to be interviewed by them. And they have been professional and kind. If management is this kind I would want to join there team!
