This community is a gem in the West Houston area. Staff are attentive and caring. Management communicate well and are very assessable. It has a home like feel and is not just a "unit" like some other locations. The food is outstanding. Activities are engaging. Definitely worth a tour if you are looking for Dementia care done the right way.

My father has been a resident at Heritage Memory Care Center for two years now. They now have new management. So note the date on some of the reviews. They are wonderful and do really care about the residents. I like that they provide structure and allow them to be themselves. Everyone is always tended to and mom loves it here. It is a smaller place where everyone knows everyone and not somewhere she would get lost!
