Our family had a terrible experience at Willow Creek Memory Care in January/February 2021. My father and I met separately with Kelly before moving my Mom in and explained to her my Mom's condition and the level of care that she would need. She has mild dementia and uses a wheelchair and needs assistance getting in and out of bed to use the restroom, bathe and get dressed. Kelly assured us both that they could take care of my Mom. We are so happy our mom is at Willowcreek. When we first tour the facility we were impressed with Kelly and the decor and loved the room, the room was furnished !! They made us feel welcome ! Some of these places are all about the business end and money but I did not get that from this place and I have visited many facilities trying to move my mom but none gave me the calmness like Willowcreek. I absolutely love the new addition of Kelli Street and Amber Huser. These ladies give their all to make their communities the best possible for their residents and the staff. I enjoy following on Facebook all of the fun activities they do for their residents. I know they are taking extra care now during covid to help make it as best as possible for all involved. Prayers for these ladies, Willow Creek, the residents and all the staff to get through covid.
You won’t find a better caring and dedicated staff to care for your loved one! The new Administrator is amazing and is always willing to help in any way. They are going above and beyond for their residents! If you are looking for a place to entrust with the care of a parent or relative, I highly recommend Willow Creek!
