We were so fortunate to find Grand Brook Memory Care Grapevine. After an extensive search to find the right living situation for our relative, Jack, when we walked into Grand Brook, we knew we had found home for Jack. It was like receiving a group hug. The entire staff welcomed him, engaged with him to make sure he would find his new home inviting and safe. No longer was Jack “ in trouble” because of his failing memory and confusion. This community takes gentle and loving care of their residents. I’v personally noticed that the staff is very familiar with the personalities of their residents and keeps them safely engaged in activities. This is so important for our loved ones who have memory issues.
We have been blessed with a great staff for both our parents now for 2 plus years. I have recommended it every time im asked by friends.
