My father has been at Encore in Bolingbrook since October. Placing him in a memory care facility was a very difficult decision for our family, but we sleep easier now, knowing he is getting great care at a clean, elegant place with a home like environment. Patients and families speak highly of the building and the services provided, but most importantly they appreciate and trust the staff. The staff here is amazing. They are so caring and attentive to the residents.
Encore has been a true blessing to our family. My Mother has been taken care of so well. Every time we visit, you can tell she is clean, fed, well cared for and happy. It has a very homey feel and is large enough where you don't feel on top of each other but small enough that you feel like you are in someone's home. They have special events for the residents and some are able to go on field trips to see Christmas lights, get ice cream and go out to eat as well as other things. I recently visited Encore Memory care in Bolingbrook and had such a positive experience! The first thing I noticed was the community was super clean and well maintained. They have three beautiful and secure outdoor courtyards where the residents can safely enjoy the fresh air and outdoors.
