Encore has been a true blessing to our family. My Mother has been taken care of so well. Every time we visit, you can tell she is clean, fed, well cared for and happy. It has a very homey feel and is large enough where you don't feel on top of each other but small enough that you feel like you are in someone's home. They have special events for the residents and some are able to go on field trips to see Christmas lights, get ice cream and go out to eat as well as other things. I recently visited Encore Memory care in Bolingbrook and had such a positive experience! The first thing I noticed was the community was super clean and well maintained. They have three beautiful and secure outdoor courtyards where the residents can safely enjoy the fresh air and outdoors. Several common areas are available for families to use if they want to have a private gathering or social event that gave the community a at home feel. My experience with Encore has been wonderful, Amanda and the entire staff have been very amazing and so attentive they're always there to answer questions always very accommodating so if you're looking for a facility for your loved One Encore would be excellent, I give it five stars.

I recently had the pleasure to visit Encore Bolingbrook and I was truly impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the care they provide to the residents. The environment felt clean, peaceful and full of life. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and were attentive to the needs of the families and residents.
