Encore at Bolingbrook is very attentive with their Residents. Their leadership team are always available and easy to talk to. The nurses and caregivers do the best and it's seen with the Residents living there.
I was looking for a facility for my grandma, and Encore at Bolingbrook really stood out to me. The staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The place felt clean, comfortable, and like a real home for residents. It gave me peace of mind knowing my grandma would be in good hands. Highly recommend!
