Rating: 1 / 5 Stars (Would give 0 stars if Google allowed it) If you love your family member, do not place them at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Braddock Heights. My aunt was transferred here directly following major surgery for a fractured knee and femur. Let me start with saying this is the worst rehab place I have ever seen…..First they are not attentive nor do they seem like they care about patients!! The hygiene in this facility is non existent!!! I saw the red flags the first day my family member came to this facility, they had them wait for almost an hour just to get assistance to use the restroom. Also leaving someone in a diaper is absolutely ridiculous especially when they prefer to use a bed pan. Secondly for medication they take awhile to administer them. Forget th... read more
