great company to service.
I have visited my cousin at Loch Raven twice. The floor in his room was extremely sticky both times, he is laying in his own urine, the toiletries they provided were now gone, his serving tray had spilled sticky stuff on it (he was asleep and this was before breakfast). Additionally, he was complaining he couldn't move his right foot or toes (left leg amputee) so I pulled his sock off to look.
