I worked at this facility and resigned. Avoid this facility. The management cares only about money. They withold wages from laborers. They hire unprofessional people because of their low salary and staff is working short hand all the time. Patients are neglected due to lack of staff. I observed patient laying in wet linen at the CD unit and I took care of it. I would not have my grandmother stay there. Avoid it.P.s. Last reviewer, Cheryl, is in management at Autumn. She is paid to be bias.
This Facility is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. The staff is properly trained and equipped to care for people who have dementia. The patients/residents are even allowed to bring their own furniture from home to feel more comfortable in somewhat more of a familiar setting to them.
