I would leave ZERO STARS if I could!!! This company is SIMPLY AWFUL and the quality of their work is ABYSMAL!!! Our neighborhood has suffered greatly because of them!!! ZERO STARS!!!
I normally refrain from writing negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with Autumn Hill Landscaping so others can make an informed decision. For context, my neighborhood previously used David Brill, an outstanding landscaping company, for over a decade. UPDATE: increased to 2 stars. The owner came by personally to try to come up with a resolution. Will update again if a solution is found. They were hired by our HOA and repeatedly spray our lawn with poisons and chemicals completely ignoring opt-out lists. To make matters worse, they don't even contact homeowners after a complaint is made. They do not care about their customers or reputation.
Autumn Hill has been a trusted partner with our condominium association for several years. They are professional in every way. Their team works with us to plan and manage every detail to maintain and enhance every aspect of the property. They offer advice and options to meet the needs of both the homeowners and the Association. Our collaborative approach has been instrumental in our success! They are the Best.
They sprayed my beds and killed about 10 of my perennials. !!!!! Now I see that my small dogwood tree is drooping as well as some of the rosebud limbs.I called and left a message and no one returned my call. Landscapers should know the difference between weeds and perennials.
