I have visited AutumnGrove Cottage Blanco and I am impressed how it has changed. I can see the care and love that the caregivers and the nurse give to their residents. It is the same stable staff for a while now and Nurse, Faith, answers all my questions and knows every patient on the top of head. She always follows up and whenever I visit the facility, she has been there, even on the weekends! It's the best I have seen in San Antonio for patients with dementia.

I worked at Autumn grove last year and it was one of my worst job experiences ever due to poor management, Pat plays favoritism and is unfair she stays behind her desk and yells for one of her staff to do things when we were busy, she lies to family members as if she’s on the floor all the time and acts like she knows her residents but she does NOT!

I really love working at autumn grove cottage on blanco. I love all the residents and the manager. I have work with most of the staff and I have also work the floor with the manager Pat she is a hard worker and a great boss.

My mom lived at Autumn Grove for 5 years. She liked being there. The staff was always AWESOME. I liked the facility as well. I was allowed to assist with activities as well. Something that I enjoyed. We gardened and cooked. I was allowed to help plan parties. There are monthly parties. The residents always had a GREAT time at the parties. We had lots of food!
