I am writing this review with profound disappointment and regret. If I had the chance to make this decision again, I would never have chosen to build a home with Maronda Homes. What should have been an exciting, long-term investment has quickly turned into a deeply troubling experience, and I cannot in good conscience recommend Maronda Homes to anyone. I have lived in this division for a few years now and it is nothing but pleasant experiences. Further more, I cannot say enough positive things about our construction manager, Joseph Karnes. He has gone above and beyond any expectation and is a true class act. Even years later that I am no longer necessarily "his responsibility" I've been able to ask questions that might not have come up in years past and he STILL always goes above and beyond in answering those questions. Mrs. Deb is the reason why we have our very first new built home. She will help you from the start till the very end. She’s the nicest person I’ve ever met, I didn’t just got a home in the end of this but I got a new family member 🥹 Everything good about Maronda homes start with Deborah White & Joseph Karnes!
