Staff are very friendly. There are a lot of activities for the residents. There is frequent staff changes so this prohibits them from getting to really know the residents and accomodating special needs. Though they cannot force my aunt to do anything she doesn't want, it would be extremely helpful if she were encouraged to walk a lttle with her walker everyday instead of always just using the wheelchair. It may take two staff to do this, one to support her and one to follow with wheelchair, but it would be so beneficial. She... read more

I would not recommend for employment. The manager has very poor stress management skills, lack management skill, speaks to her staff disrespectfully, has been unkind to residents, bashes employees especially ones of different race, takes absolutely no accountability and when called out on what she has done wrong, will do and say anything to cover her own butt, she has argued with employees in front of residents, if you give her any constructive criticism or stand up for yourself she will go on a mental health break because h... read more

i've been at Autumn Grace for a year. .The staff are nice. they try their best to understand what i am saying. Julia is a good Executive Director. i like it here.

I worked here in 2013/2014 and I do not recommend it. During training, a nurse was telling me to put two adult diapers on clients so we don't have to change them more through the night. Client are not care for here. Not only that, but I personally experienced the social environment as extremely racist. I tried to contact the owners about the issue and never received a response. Just a terrible experience.
