Just stopped in to see if they'd be able to shorten an old watch, and service was speedy and pleasant. Jeff was very accommodating, and it turned out to be far cheaper and quicker than I expected—would recommend to anyone in need of jewelry alterations or repairs, in addition to anyone in the market for fine jewelry. I had my engagement ring appraised here for my homeowners insurance policy back in February. Today I met with the jeweler who recommended me to Autumn Gold for the appraisal. During our conversation, another ring I was wearing came up, and I asked if it would be worth appraising it. It was great doing business with the owner. They have very knowledgeable staff and is fun to browse and buy. They buy pieces, do repair and work on watches, and if you are looking for a custom piece, they will help you create your one of a kind piece.

The customer service here was phenomenal! I stopped in today to have an extra link added to my watch band. The gentleman was very knowledgeable as well as patient while carrying my requests. They cleaned my engagement ring and did a much more thorough job than Zales where I bought the ring. I also purchased a ring, and the gentleman who helped me was a pleasure to work with.
