This is the MOST HORRIBLE place to live & extortion !! I have been here for 10 years (currently waiting for the lease to END). During them, I've witnessed 7 different managers and, office administrators. Each one comes with their own set of rules and regulations. We have found our forever home! We have been searching for someone whom would work with our credit while improving our credit and YES! Communities actually say YES! Vyctoria and Haley are the best they are very communicative and pleasant and down to earth. I would totally recommend if you are looking to purchase your home they will say YES!!!!
If I could give a zero I would. Unfortunately, I’ve had to live her for 2.5 years to be able to get my things in order. I’ve been a very good tenant. Don’t make noise, mind my busy and pay my bills. Today I received my bill after signing my renewal last month. Mind you my lease did not end until June 30. They added an additional $250 fee as they said because I signed after the 15th of the month.
