This was my third real estate transaction with Autumn and I can't imagine using any other agent. Autumn was patient when needed, assertive when the situation called for it, and most importantly responsive to my endless questions. Autumn is looking to maximize her commission, with or without integrity. Autumn had a client who verbally accepted an offer, but when a better offer came in later in the day, she allowed him to accept that one as well. She didn’t have the professionalism and integrity to do the right thing. I guess the almighty dollar was more important.
Autumn is a perfect example why first time home buyers can’t trust realtors anymore. She told our agent our offer was accepted. Withheld the contract for 8 hours to take another offer behind our backs. Who knows what other levers were being pulled during that time. Then she ‘realtor-splains’ us about how a deal isn’t a deal until we have it in contract. Oh really? Didn’t know that. Thanks for the info. Poor Autumn could barely sleep last night she felt so bad that she pulled the rug on my wife and our family!? Not buying it.... read more
