So is her swift action in getting to the cause of any illness or disease and looping in the assistance of other capable professionals when needed. She superbly and kindly navigates working with patients of all generations, offering swift, efficient, and targeted assistance. If only all doctors were like her, all patients would be at ease and well cared for. :)
I’ve never felt the need to leave a negative review before, but after two similar experiences, I feel it’s important to share. This review is regarding my visits with Autumn Bernicky at Northwestern Medicine. During my annual physical last year, which should have been covered with a $0 copay under my insurance, I later received a $30 bill. Unfortunately I cannot use my full name because Dr Bernicky is vindictive and controlling and am afraid of retaliation. I have only been her patient for 7 months in that time I was gravely ill due to neglect, she isolated me from other capable care providers, and she discontinued needed medication without even speaking to me about it. She is not only a poor care provider, her ego makes her a dangerous doctor. Clearly not recommend, but she should not be allowed to practice.
Dr. Bernicky is amazing as she looks for all factors to what could be causing an issue. She also doesn't just use prescriptions to help one feel better. I've learned so much about ways to feel better. Manipulations are a huge help especially for my migraines.
Very compassionate and good bedside manner.
