Not impressed by Dr. Rachel Sidwell. Does not seem to have very good communication skills. Not comfortable with some of her decisions.
We left my child's well-check appointment today after waiting 50 minutes in the exam room. If I schedule an appointment I will always be on time because I value your time as well as mine. If I was 50 minutes late for a scheduled appointment I'm certain that would simply cancel my spot. The wait time was excessive.
I am sad to say that this office has gone down hill. Dr Sidwell that took over for Dr Deena is a joke. It took 3 visits and several hundreds of dollars to get an antibiotic for my daughter for an upper respiratory infection. So far everyone of my children have had to make several visits to the office to get a correct diagnosis’s. It seems like they are only in it for the money and not the patient care. Will not recommend this office to anyone!
