I echo the sentiments shared by previous posters. However, the reality is that all of these facilities are the same. Good elderly/disabled care is difficult to find. The workers at this establishment are not professional, they are not hygienic, and they are not friendly. They yell at the patients and lie to them in loud, verbal arguments. It’s so sad to see our loved one experience this and we working feverishly to find a more suitable experience for her but also feeling defeated by the non-options available.
