Bad experience and the workers don't care about my family member. I don’t recommend this nursing home for anyone! 0/10 I don’t recommend.
I normally don’t write reviews but had to make an exception and give credit where credit is due. My Dad has been at Autumn Care of Norfolk for the past 2 months and the attention and care that he has received is nothing short of excellent! This is the 3rd home he has been in and this is the happiest I’ve seen him. The care and customer service there is second to none. Next time, don’t wait until the patient is in a coma to call & say she’s transitioning. Y’all robbed us & my mom the ability to say goodbye. Very disappointed! They call it hospice. I call it a lie. They said she’d pass peacefully, but they let her die. Not in comfort. Not with grace. They drugged her slowly, till breath left her face. My mom was a fighter.
