I had the pleasure of touring this rehab community with Donna. It was clear throughout the visit that the staff truly take their patients to heart and are dedicated to helping them thrive. The atmosphere felt supportive and encouraging—I came away very impressed and really like this place.

HORRIBLE service my aunt’s phone is always broken. I have to speak to the head person just to have a telephone call. It’s my Aunts birthday and she has no calls because her family doesn’t live in the state she does. Every time I try to contact my Aunt is horrible I literally called 15x and still didn’t get to speak to my aunt. They are very unorganized, unprofessional, lazy staff. I want my aunt out of there something is always an excuse

My grandmother was at this facility and staff there take a while. There’s especially one CNA on first shift that had a really bad attitude. You could tell she didn’t care and seemed that she did not want to be there. It’s a shame they are supposed to be there for patients and obviously do not care. My grandmother even picked up on it and it made her feel really uncomfortable. Please check on your staff and only hire the ones that are caring and want to do a good job!
