DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS THERE. Getting a phone call to my aunt was very hard. My aunt Peggy has since passed away! They did not change her timely very poor conditions and my Aunt has now passed away due to BED SORES! My Aunt PASSED AWAY DUE TO NOT BEING TAKEN CARE OF PROPERLY DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE

My husband is a current resident receiving short term rehabilitation following an illness. The care he is receiving is excellent. The staff is very professional, attentive and kind. The facility is very clean. I’m very happy we chose Autum Care at Nash.

a good friend was at this place for about a month. The care depended on who was on duty. Her room was seldom cleaned, the bathroom rarely. The food was consistently disappointing, always cold (gravy, grits, eggs, etc.) Do not allow yourself or your family to be sent to this establishment.

I had the pleasure of touring this rehab community with Donna. It was clear throughout the visit that the staff truly take their patients to heart and are dedicated to helping them thrive. The atmosphere felt supportive and encouraging—I came away very impressed and really like this place.
