Very Friendly Atmosphere.
I had to question staff on the routines of the cleaning staff because the floor in the room was littered with paper scraps, dropped sugar packets, etc but more importantly was sticky within the entire room. It was obvious the room had not been swept nor mopped for several days. Granted my observation was on a Monday afternoon so it inferred no cleaning staff were onsite over the weekend. If that is so, I would revisit cleaning procedures and change to incorporate weekends and fix any other gap, train the staff on changes and... read more
