Have been a "resident" at Autumn Care for the last 20 months & very displeased with the Wi-Fi system. Dependent upon the location of a room, internet reception is at best unreliable. Have counted the number of disconnects each & every day, filed a Formal Complaint each work day morning, &wait for a room reassignment. Must have a dependable internet connection for business dealings, personal communications, & entertainment. There is no satisfactory relief or compromise offered by the administration of Autumn Care.
