Staff was very professional and made us feel at home. Took excellent care of my father when he was a resident. Kept us updated on his care.
Staff are overworked. One person to take care of memory care. There was a nurse until directors changed. There are CNA'S ONLY. Staff are so underpressure and short handed they cannot take care of patients in an acceptable time. There is an emergency fab that patients can by for 150.00, but don't waiste your money. It took 1 and a half hours after pressed and no one to be found. I have seen the pager for 911 calls on the medical cart going off with no one around.
